Saud Siddiqui, MD

Interventional Pain Specialist; Fellowship trained in interventional pain management; Board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain medicine by American Board of anesthesiology

Dublin Pain Clinic owner Dr. Siddiqui is Board Certified by the ABA in Anesthesiology and Pain Management, and he is licensed in the states of Ohio, Texas and California. He has been in practice since 2001 and attended Dow Medical College. Dr. Siddiqui has done residency training in the field of Anesthesiology at Western Reserve Care System Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio. Fellowship in critical care medicine at the University of Rochester Medical Center in New York, and fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management at Oregon Health Science University in Portland, Oregon.  His training is extensive in the field of Intervention Pain Management, Including epidural steroid injection, facet injections, radiofrequency nerve ablation, sympathetic nerve block, discography, disc decompression, lysis of epidural adhesion, joint injections, and spinal cord stimulator implantations. His approach combines both traditional and modern aspects to pain intervention.


Andrew Porter, DO

Dr. Porter is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology and is licensed in the states of Ohio and Pennsylvania. He is a graduate of Westminster College in New Wilmington, PA. He completed medical school training at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Porter completed his anesthesiology residency training at the University of Maryland in Baltimore, Maryland. He continued at the University of Maryland to complete a fellowship in pain medicine. Dr. Porter is a former Foundation for Anesthesia Education and Research Fellow as well as an American Society of Anesthesiologists' Legislative Conference Delegate. He continues to be an active member of the American Society of Anesthesiologists. His research interest is post-thoracotomy pain syndromes.

Dr. Porter is skilled in all major facets of interventional pain medicine including: stellate ganglion block, sphenopalatine block, greater and lesser occipital nerve block, cervical epidural, cervical medical branch block, cervical radiofrequency ablation, thoracic epidural, intercostal nerve block, lumbar epidural, lumbar medial branch block, lumbar radiofrequency ablation, lumbar selective nerve block, sacroiliac joint injection, celiac plexus block, lumbar sympathetic block, hypogastric plexus block, and major joint injections.

Dr. Porter practices pain medicine with a patient centered approach that draws on many disciplines to help patients


Vijaykumar Balraj, Ph.D. – Pain Psychologist

Dr. Balraj received his bachelor’s degree from Case Western Reserve University, his master's from New York University and his doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania (a member in good standing of the Ivy league). He is a Neuropsychologist, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Pain/Rehabilitation Psychologist. He has over a decade of experience working with patients suffering from chronic pain. Dr. Balraj has experience utilizing a number of psychotherapeutic approaches in helping patients with chronic pain, including but not limited to: progressive muscle relaxation, cognitive behavioral therapy, etc.


Miguel Ordóñez, P.A.-C

Miguel received his Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Alderson Broaddus University. He holds a B.A. degree from Oberlin College.  He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and licensed to practice by the Ohio State Medical Board. He is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Ohio Association of Physician Assistants. He also holds a license from the Maryland Board of Medicine.

Miguel is devoted to delivering high quality care while assuring  patients feel comfortable and at ease.


Debra Hannah, MS,CNP

Debra Hannah MS, CNP has joined the practice of Dublin Pain clinic. She graduated from The Ohio State University in 1984 with B.S. in Home Economics with a major in Dietetics. She then pursued a career in nursing, obtaining a B.S.N from Otterbein University in 1992. She graduated magna cum laude from Otterbein University. She gained her nursing experience in critical care, while working in the Surgical Intensive Care Unit at The Ohio State Medical Center. While working in critical care, she pursued her M.S. in Adult Health and Illness from The Ohio State University. She graduated with her Masters in 1998. She is certified by ANCC as a CNP in Adult Health and Illness.

Gina Wells – BWC Coordinator

Gina Wells graduated from Everest Institute in 2009 at the top of her class as a Certified Medical Assistant. She is currently pursuing a degree as a Registered Nurse at Columbus State. She handles all Bureau of Workers compensation claims.

Donald Wallen – Radiology Technician

Donald received his associate degree in applied sciences from Fortis college in 2013. He holds an active ODH license and is ARRT certified  as a Radiology Technician

Amy Pankuch, RN – Office Manager

Amy Pankuch graduated with a degree as a Registered Nurse in 2012. She is currently pursuing her Masters Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Chamberlain College. Amy is our Office Manager and handles all day to day operations.

Midge Mitchell, CRNA – Nurse Anesthetists

Midge graduated from Riverside School of Nursing in 1973 as a Registered Nurse. She continued with her education and in 1982 graduated from Reading (PA) Hospital School of Nurse Anesthesia with her advanced degree as a (C R N A) Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist.

Tammy New – New Patients Coordinator

Tammy New graduated from Everest institute in 2011 at the top of her class as a Certified Medical Assistant. She has been employed with our office for two years and is currently handling all new patient scheduling.
