Saud Siddiqui, MD

Interventional Pain Specialist; Fellowship trained in interventional pain management; Board certified in Anesthesiology and Pain medicine by American Board of anesthesiology

Dublin Pain Clinic owner Dr. Siddiqui is Board Certified by the ABA in Anesthesiology and Pain Management, and he is licensed in the states of Ohio, Texas and California. He has been in practice since 2001 and attended Dow Medical College. Dr. Siddiqui has done residency training in the field of Anesthesiology at Western Reserve Care System Hospital in Youngstown, Ohio. Fellowship in critical care medicine at the University of Rochester Medical Center in New York, and fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management at Oregon Health Science University in Portland, Oregon.  His training is extensive in the field of Intervention Pain Management, Including epidural steroid injection, facet injections, radiofrequency nerve ablation, sympathetic nerve block, discography, disc decompression, lysis of epidural adhesion, joint injections, and spinal cord stimulator implantations. His approach combines both traditional and modern aspects to pain intervention.

Sudhir Dubey, Psy.D – Pain Psychologist

Dr. Sudhir Dubey is a clinical psychologist who specializes in pain management. He received his Psy.D., from Wright State University, School of Professional Psychology in 1993. He helped found and run a CARF accredited pain management program in central Ohio. He served as the programs director until 2000. In 2001 he started his own practice which provides assessments and treatment for chronic pain issues. He also serves as a member of several multidisciplinary pain management teams, at various pain management centers, located across central Ohio.  He is a Neuropsychologist, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Pain/Rehabilitation Psychologist. He has over a decade of experience working with patients suffering from chronic pain. Dr. Dubey has experience utilizing a number of psychotherapeutic approaches in helping patients with chronic pain, including but not limited to: progressive muscle relaxation, cognitive behavioral therapy, etc.

Debra Hannah, MS,CNP

Dr. Debra Hannah graduated magna cum laude from Otterbein University in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She completed a critical care internship in 1992 and worked on the surgical intensive care unit at Wexner Medical Center. In 1998 she graduated from The Ohio State University with her Masters degree in Nursing. She has been a nurse practitioner since 1998 and most recently graduated from the University of Cincinnati with her Doctorate of Nursing Practice in 1997.

 She holds an active ODH license and is ARRT certified  as a Radiology Technician

Mayssa Saleh – Office Manager/BWC co-ordinator

Mayssa is our Office Manager and handles all day to day operations. She also handles BWC C9 and worker's compensation related matters.
